Last week I photographed the interior of a beautiful hair salon in downtown Napa. Bloom is located on Main and Pearl Street and is a very hip place. When the Salon opened the owners put a lot of thought into making their building environmentally friendly, a lot of the building materials were recycled even the paints were made from special materials. Here is some of my favorites….
On Sunday, I attempted to do a few portraits of Allie & Kaylee. Due to the weather, light and the fact that Allie wasn’t “feeling it” I believe we have a makeup session to do…..
But I decided to post a couple pictures anyway just so you can see how adorable these two are!!
It is such a compliment when clients contact me twice in the same year to do portraits. So when the Corallos contacted me to do their holiday portraits I was thrilled!
Plus how could I resist photographing their adorable little girl?

I can’t believe my little toy poodle turns 2 this November! Seems like just yesterday we were potty training and teething….kids grow up so fast! LOL! I’ve decided to make a tradition of photographing her every year on her birthday. The following are a few of my favorites.
A couple weeks ago I photographed three adorable newborns and three great families. They are all connected by two special people, Milli and Rob. These two have huge hearts and have “adopted ” these families as part of their own. I was excited to take the following photographs for them.
And the adorable wee- ones!
When I first met this very sweet couple months ago, and heard their story, I knew how very lucky I was to be able to photograph their special day. The truth is, this couple has lived a real life love story. In fact, Erwin jokes it should be in a Danielle Steele novel! But long story short is, they dated when they were young, both seperated and lost touch. After Erwin was widdowed and Kelly divorced they reconnected after very many years and here they are now happy as ever! Their wedding was special in so many ways and I felt privelidged to create these great images for them.

The wedding ceremony was held in a quaint little church in Yountville

After the wedding we stopped at a local winery for some portraits.

and off to the reception, where they ate, drank and danced surrounded by their closest friends and family.

After Madilyn’s portraits, we did a few portraits as a group of the family in their front yard. Between a newborn baby and a 2 year old, I really got a work-out! whew! but it was worth it… here are some of my favorites.
You would never guess, Brenden was grumpy here would you? all it took was Bob to ask him if he would like a “Yo-Gabba Gabba” toy and he turned his frown upside down!

Madilyn is 1 1/2 months old, and such a sweet baby, she is so delicate and tiny. I fell in love with her little features, and cute cooing faces she makes. We had a blast dressing this little one up in outfits for her newborn session. Here are some of my favorites…..
